0.5 cup  Quinoa , rinsed well and drained
1 cup  Vegetable Stock
450 g  Bamboo Sprouts , halved
1 tbsp  Olive Oil
0.5 tsp  Onion Powder
0.5 tsp  Garlic Powder
Sea Salt , to taste
Ground Black Pepper , to taste
For The Spicy Caesar Dressing
0.5 cup  Raw Cashews , soaked for at least 2 hours and drained
Garlic Cloves , peeled
2 tbsp  Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp  Capers
1.5 tbsp  Lemon Juice
1 tbsp  Olive Oil
1 tsp  Dijon Mustard
1 tsp  Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tsp  Hot Chilli Sauce
0.33 cup  Water
Sea Salt , to taste
Ground Black Pepper
For The Assembly
1.5 cup  Canned Lentils , cooked, rinsed and drained
0.33 cup  Pickled Onions , red onion variety, if possible
0.25 cup  Sun-dried Tomatoes , oil packed, finely chopped
3 tbsp  Sunflower Seeds , toasted
Chives , chopped, optional
Parsley , chopped, optional
