First Layer: Chorizo and Refried Beans

1. Cook the chorizo as per package instructions.
2. In a bowl, mix together 1/2 a package of cooked Chorizo with the refried beans.
3. Spread the refried bean and chorizo mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Second Layer: Guacamole

1. Spread the prepared guacamole over the top of the refried beans and chorizo layer.

Third Layer: Mexican Style Sour Cream

1. Squeeze or spoon the sour cream over the top of the guacamole layer.

Fourth Layer: Tomatoes

1. Fourth Layer: Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over the top.

Fifth Layer: Black Olives

1. Sprinkle a can of drained, sliced black olives over the top.

Sixth Layer: Mexican Cheese

1. Sprinkle your cotija cheese over the top

Seventh Layer: Cilantro

1. Sprinkle chopped cilantro evenly over the top of the dip.

Tombstone Halloween Decorations

1. For tombstones, just before serving, stand up rectangular shaped tortilla chips vertically into the dip to look like tombstones. Either serve immediately or refrigerate (prior to adding chips) until you are ready to serve.
