900 g  Tomatillos , husk removed and washed
Serrano Peppers , use less if you want it less spicy
0.25  White Onions , peeled and left as one piece
Garlic Cloves , peeled and left whole
0.5 cups  Water
1 tsp  Salt , to taste
For The Chilaquiles
340 g  Tortilla Chips
Avocados , sliced, optional for garnishing
0.5 cups  Queso Fresco , optional, for garnishing
0.5 cups  Sour Cream , optional, for garnishing
0.25 cups  Coriander , finely minced, optional, for garnishing
0.33 cups  White Onions , thinly sliced, optional for garnishing
