For The Chicken For The BBQ Sauce

1. Turn on your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and either oil or line a baking tray to prevent the chicken from sticking.
2. Place the chicken breasts onto the tray and wrap each one with two slices of bacon. Then put them in the oven to cook for 25 minutes. (You might want to flip the chicken over while it cooks so that the bacon underneath becomes crispy.)
3. While the chicken cooks, make the sauce by mixing the ingredients together in a pan. Turn on the hob to a medium heat and cook the sauce for 5 - 10 minutes, or until it has thickened.
4. Once the 25 minutes is up, pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken. Then add the grated cheese and return the chicken to the oven for 5 more minutes.
